Located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area during my Christmas stay. Free parking nearby saved me the hassle of finding a spot for my car. The duplex layout provided a spacious and comfortable setting, allowing me to enjoy dinner and relax without disturbing others.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The smell in the place was unpleasant, causing headaches and nausea for my family.

Central location, free parking nearby, spacious two-floor apartment, helpful and friendly host. Good communication, excellent for exploring on foot. Self-managed apartments with comfortable lounge, good WiFi. Conveniently close to shops, restaurants, cathedral, and abbey. Ideal for a few days exploring Auxerre.

Mind-blowing self-managing apartments with super spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Jaw-dropping city centre location, free parking nearby, and excellent Wi-Fi. Super helpful and friendly hostess. Easily accessible and comfortable. Impressive array of board games and flat-screen TV. No pets allowed, no smoking on site. Will definitely come back!

This hotel is perfectly located near the centre of town and close to the Auxerre riverfront, making it an ideal base for exploring. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with helpful amenities such as toys and books for children. the friendly staff provide excellent service, even accommodating late arrivals. the cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the free on-street parking is a convenient bonus. this hotel offers a great value for its price.
The kitchen is a bit small, but still adequately serves its purpose.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Newcenter Duplex and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen, although small, was well-equipped and served its purpose well. The communication with the host was excellent and she was very helpful throughout our stay. we had a great time and would highly recommend Newcenter Duplex for a stay in Auxerre.
